HYDE Competition bar 15 kg is a IWF-certified Olympic barbell dedicated for competition. Its total length is 200 cm - in detail: sleeve length 320 mm with diameter 50 mm, grip section diameter 25 mm. There is no knurling in central area. There are 2 orientation grip marks, very useful for deadlifts or cleans.
For shipping we partner with Kühne+Nagel company - our barbells are shipped with special, wooden boxes from albasia wood.
Um deine Langhantel perfekt zu erhalten empfehlen wir dir nach der normalen Benutzung die Stange mit der mitgelieferten Bürste zu reinigen. Sollten weiterhin noch Rückstände auf der Stange sein, könnt ihr die Stange mit etwas Alkohol einsprühen und mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
