Our Competition Bar is fully compatible with International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) guidelines. Extreme sharp and deep knurling ensures a strong grip for heavy Olympic lifts.
Our training bar was manufactured according to IWF standards. The sharpness of the knurling was slightly reduced comparing to the Competition bar which makes it good for all-round use and high-volume training. The knurling is soft and will not damage your hands as you perform high repetition training. Two additional marking rings support better orientation.
