HYDE Power bar 20 kg is a IWF-certified, universal barbell, stiffer comparing to our olympic bars. Its total length is 220 cm - in detail: sleeve length 433 mm with diameter 50 mm, grip section diameter 29 mm. There is an additional central knurling (IWF standard).
For shipping we partner with Kühne+Nagel company - our barbells are shipped with special, wooden boxes from albasia wood.
Um deine Langhantel perfekt zu erhalten empfehlen wir dir nach der normalen Benutzung die Stange mit der mitgelieferten Bürste zu reinigen. Sollten weiterhin noch Rückstände auf der Stange sein, könnt ihr die Stange mit etwas Alkohol einsprühen und mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
